Can I find/know if my iphone is being used with only the imei number?

Hey all,

So I sold a Verizon 5c on ebay, shipped it to the person and they say they never got but I have a hunch they might have (at the very least I would like to prevent others from it or at least know if it's being used) so I was wondering if it can either be found or know if it's been activated using the IMEI or other number.

Before you ask about the tracking number etc., there isn't one and I don't need any **** about it.

i assume you turned off find my phone when you got ready to sell it. in that case no. Your carrier might be able to place it on the lost/stolen list...
You are new here and clearly upset- however when asking for assistance you may want to drop the attitude- just some friendly advice

Wow. Your first post here and it's full of attitude. Not really a good way to get people to help you.

How about telling us what steps you have already taken?

Have you filed a claim against the buyer with eBay?
If the buyer was going to use the phone on Verizon, have you contacted Verizon?
If you sold it through eBay, why isn't there any tracking? That doesn't sound right.
