How do I get my Location setting in Family Sharing active again?

Location for people in your family

My husband is on my family sharing and when I would click on our iMessage convo and hit details it used to show his location and since the other night when it was raining its now not showing it anymore ??? And I've checked my location services and everything

Maybe he turned off location sharing under FamilyShare on his phone...
