How do i get past the "wait" when dialing a phone card number?

OK, I read about the difference between pause and wait. I have an iPhone 6+. If I use the 'wait' feature for dialing an overseas number on my phone card, how do I get past the "wait" featuer when dialing (where is the 'dial' key)?

The same one you used to start the call.. "send" button should continue the dialing after the hard pause/wait.
