I forgot the passcode on my iPhone 6 Plus. Is there a way to restore it?

I forgot my passcode on my iphone 6 plus. I bought it used so I never did the initial set up. Is there a way to reset or restore my iphone?? PLEASE&THANKS !!!!!!!!

So whats the worst case if nothing can be done the phone is worthless to me than right??

You appear to be referring to the iCloud activation lock. Having said that, there is nothing any of us can do for you except to tell you to contact the person you purchased it from to have them remove the lock. If that's not an option, you now have a expensive paper weight.

Now, if you're referring to the lock screen passcode then all you have to do is connect the device to iTunes and restore it. You may or may not have to put the device in recovery mode.
