How can I change my ID so it reads my name and phone number instead of iCloud ID?

Go to Settings >Messages>Send and Receive > uncheck all email addresses. Only your number should be checked. Hope this helps! And welcome to iMore!

I'm not sure I understand. What ID are you trying to change? Do you mean your contact card? If you're referring to iMessage, do what Ledsteplin suggested, but still, your name will not be displayed.
