How do I transfer data from my iPhone 4s to my iPhone 5s?

Need data transferred to new iPhone

I have a new iPhone 5s - my last one had a malfunction. While it was being repaired I was using my old 4s - now I need to transfer the data from the 4s to the 5s. How do I do that?

Di you ever back up to iTunes? Or iCloud? If you did, just restore to the new phone.

I've got to do that with my Wife's new phone when it gets here. Using iCloud back up. On the 4s, back it up manually just before activating the new 5s. Then restore from the iCloud back up, unless you do it with iTunes.
