Completely unresponsive, fairly new iPad Air Series 5 after latest iOS update
My son was downloading the latest iOS update, which we think may have been interupted (connection dropped). It is entirely unresponsive and is only 4 months old. I've tried restarting, resetting, and plugging into a PC laptop to see if it can be recognized through iTunes. I don"t know if it requires a Mac and have not tried the DFU steps yet. Any guidance would be most appreciated! Could we plug it into another iPad? We don't have a Mac. Will doing the DFU automatically jailbreak it... I"d like to keep the factory settings. Needing help with next steps, please.
