My kindle books have not been put onto my new ipad air?

I have changed Ipads over using itunes and everything has transferred over apart from my book list in my kindle app. How can I get these over to my new ipad? Sam

Can you download them again? I don't know if the app supports backing up and restoring books or not...

Yeah, download the app and open it, it shows the books you have on the amazon cloud and let's you download the ones you want, bookmarks included if I'm not wrong.
