Why can't I sign into iCloud?

Can't sign in to ICloud.

Message says "server error" and won't let me sign in. I have upgraded Iphone, Ipad and PC to OS8, and I'm using the same password I've always used. I would like to set up to connect all 3, especially for photos. The Ipad and Iphone already seem to be connected.
