Why won't my iPad charge?

it shows a picture of a battery with one bar, the shows the apple logo, then i have tried different chargers, i have tried rebooting it.

Have you tried cleaning out the ports? Sometimes dust and debris get in and hampers the charging. Are you using certified cables and chargers? That's a must now with iOS 8.

Are you using the original cable & charger? Is there something - dust, dirt, etc. in the charge port keeping a connection from being made?
