Is Apple Password Protection as secure as Dashlane's?

I started using Dashlane since it worked across platforms. Now Apple Password protection works in both OSX and IOS. Do I need to continue my subscription to Dashlane.

If you're happy with it, keep it... Apple's keychain is as secure as any other password storage solution...
