I don't have WiFi available and I need to back up my phone and all of it's info to my iCloud, how can I accomplish this?

I don't have WiFi available and I need to back up my phone and all of it's info to my Icloud.

Can I do it with this computer and If so how do I go about it? I am changing phones because my current devise is broken but it turns on and the info is still there

yes, you can back up to computer with iTunes.

You can back up to iCloud without a computer. Just go to Settings >iCloud >backup>either toggle on or tap back up now.
