nothing that I do helps - I try to "refresh" my subscription. unable to read magazine that I've subscribed to. so frustrating

Do you have a digital or a print subscription?
If you have a print subscription, are you sure that it includes a digital subscription as well?
If you have a digital subscription, did you purchase it through iTunes or directly from the publisher?

What problems are you having exactly?
Are you logging in with the correct credentials?
