Why aren't my apps in iCloud loading?

Apps in iCloud

Help plz After I hit the cloud next to app it just spins & does not load.. It gets stuck in a waiting mode

Try turning your wifi off then back on. If it's a large app it might take awhile to download.

Make sure you have a good connection. Either wifi or cellular.

Restarting your device can do wonders as well
