Earpiece Still Not Working

Hello Allyson,

I replaced the earpiece per your instructions on your post and my earpiece is still not working. I've verified that all the cables are connected and that the earpiece contacts are aligned properly. could it be possible that another part needs replacing? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
