How do I know if I have Cydia after Jailbreak?

I don't see Cydia after Jailbreak

I have jailbroken my phone with redsnow. It is a iPhone 4, IOS 6.1.3 from Verizon.
I have done "just boot" and seen the pineapple at reboot. I don't have a cydia icon on any of my app screens.
