Why did iCloud beta deleted my whole photostream up to January 2014?

icloud beta deleted my WHOLE PHOTOSTREAM up to January 2014?!?

I just enabled icloud photo library beta, and it deleted my WHOLE PHOTOSTREAM. That was more than 700 photos on there since more than a year ago! It only kept photos on my cameraroll. I tried to check on my computer and other apple devices to see if it synced on there instead, but only my camera roll is there! I don't know how to locate my photostream or get my photos back...
I have an Iphone 5c (pink) if that helps...

Go to the iCloud website and check the photos application on the site. The pictures should be there.
