Why does my iPad say there are photos but I can't find any?

says there are photos and can't find any it's wasting my memory

iPad says when looking at memory on it or when iMac connected and photos there are 4.42gb or 52 photos on it... When iPhoto says and iPad there are none. how can i get my memory back without some sort of restart. 4.42gb might not be many pictures but it equals over another 340 songs i could have on there.

Have you checked the Deleted Photo's folder, any photo's deleted remain there for thirty days, just in case, but you can delete them manually.

Thanks worked well good call knew it existed never thought to delete or try to in trashed... The major problem as we all know is memory space avail... And you helped this dj out more music equals more new tunes
