How to tell which library is loaded in iTunes 12?

I

iMore Question

I've been using multiple iTunes libraries for years. I currently have 8 libraries - one for each device (2 iPhones, 3 iPods, and 3 iPads) - and this system works well for us. My question is, in iTunes 12 there doesn't seem to be any way to tell *which* library is currently loaded. I've Googled around, but no joy. Thanks!

Why did you not give them a name that you would recognize, that would have saved you grief, I have mine named like iPod Touch, iPod Nano, iPhone etc., saves getting mixed up.

Oh, they all have unique names just as you described. The problem is not knowing which library to load - that's straight-forward. The problem is *after* iTunes is launched, there is nowhere in the interface that tells which library is currently loaded. I can typically tell by looking at the media, playlists, etc. Just wondered if I was missing something. (In an earlier version of iTunes, it would have the library name at the very top of the main window - "iPad" or "Joe's iPhone", etc.)

Thanks.
