It's very difficult to address your vague question without knowing which device and what version of iOS your running. All I can advice is a Hard Reset but you seem to be performing that on a regular bases which leads me to believe your issue is much bigger
Also check and see how much free space you have on your device if it's near full I suggest you delete or upload some data to a cloud service
