How do i get the apple SD Card Reader to work on an iphone 4s?

Hey folks!

So I have an old iPhone 4s that i jailbroke with the sole purpose of being able to use the CCK I just bought on it. But the app that cydia used to have called CameraConnector only works on iOS 5, which leaves me out of luck because I am on iOS 8. Do any of you genius know of another app or something that i can download in cydia so that I can use the CCK with my iPhone 4s?
