How do I restrict access on an Iphone remotely?

I have an android phone and my teen has an IPhone 5s. I would like to be able to restrict access remotely without having to physically touch her phone.

Can't be done. Not sure why you're trying to be sneaky about it, you're the parent after all. Just grab her phone and restrict w/e it is you wanna restrict...
