Either will suffice... Or, you could do dropbox, or any one of several other similar services... Just pick one and use it...

If you have a lot of photos and videos, I would use cloud based apps like Box,Dropbox and OneDrive. That leaves your free iCloud storage space for the rest of your phone's back up.
