I assume you mean it won't charge? Power the iPhone off and place into a bowl of white rice. Make sure it's completely covered in rice and let it sit there for at least a day. Do not try powering on at all anymore.

that stinks sorry- seems like you will need to get it repaired- Not sure how wet it got or how much damage was done

My wife dropped her 5c in the river and it was completely submerged. She powered it on and used it for a day until it went bad. I put in rice after that for 3 days and fortunately all is well even though she powered it on and used it for a bit after the water damage.
