In Family Sharing in IOS 8, is it possible to require parental approval of paid content only?

I have a family of 5 using family sharing. Purchases are linked to my credit card so I appreciate the parental approval feature. However, it is annoying to have to approve downloads of free content or paid content purchased using the balance in one of my kid's personal iTunes accounts (eg. From a gift card) especially for my older teenage children. Is there a way to configure family sharing so that parental approval is required only when the credit card is being charged?
