What about the primary function the phone it self poor reception in a lot of places

getting tired of have folks with cheaper less desireable phones getting Reception when I cant . Need better antenna! Bells & whistles are great but at the end of the day this is a Telephone!

Not sure who your carrier is but I have VZW and my service is better than a land line phone.

It depends on where your live, just because your carrier whoever it is has it highlighted on there map coverage does not mean you get excellent reception. It varies by environment and sometimes weather.

Plus one for Verizon. If your signal is low it's not the phone it's the service.
