I want to unlock and jailbreak my verizon iphone 4s

As mentioned, I want to unlock and jailbreak my verizon iphone 4s. It has no sim card. I am also wondering if there is a way, along with what was previously mentioned, that I can switch it over to another U.S. carrier.

You can't unlock the 4s for use on another US carrier. The Verizon models of the iPhone5 and above are GSM unlocked and can be used on any GSM carrier.
