Switching back and forth between jailbreak and stock version

I have an Ipad Air with 8.1.1 and taig jailbreak
I installed a lot of aps after jailbreaking but there is there is one app I really want that won't work if it detects device is jailbroken. There currently isn't anyway to bypass at the moment so I was wondering about restoring to stock when I want to use it and going back to jailbreak when I'm done. (maybe once a week)
stock image does not need apps installed just when I go back to jailbreak
Would there be problems backing up from jailbreak. what would be the safest method to do this. Thanks
