Will I lose my new contacts in my new iPhone5 when restore from backup of iPhone4?

I bought a new iPhone5 and already use it (new contacts, emails, messages,etc). A few weeks later I backup my old iPhone4 using iTunes. I would like to transfer data from my old iPhone4 to my new iPhone5. Will I lose my new contacts,etc in my new iPhone5 when I restore from my iPhone4 backup?

Restoring is for mail accounts, device settings, etc... contacts are synched to iCloud or whatever other email account you set up your phone to sync contacts to and will not be changed by restoring a back-up.
