Why can't I surf the web with my Ipad mini?

Just recently(2 weeks) I have not been able to surf the web as normal. When I enter a subject into the Search box I get lots of vaguely related subjects but no web addresses.

Narrow your search to be more specific. If that doesn't work, try deleting your history and cache.
