I bought an iPhone 6 on my Verizon contract. Can I give it to my brother (he's on AT&T)?

I used my free upgrade to get the iPhone 6 on Verizon (so it was subsidized) but I'm thinking of rolling back to my old phone and giving the iPhone 6 to my brother, who has an AT&T account.

It's not clear if I'd need to try and get Verizon to unlock it for me, or if I can just call AT&T and add it as a new phone on my brother's account.

You can stick an AT&T sim in it that's on your brother's account and it should be good to go... Verizon iPhone5 and above are GSM unlocked by default..
