How do I keep the notification center open all the time?

I want to keep notification centre open all the time.

Instead of clicking to open it when I want to see it, I want to be able to 'pin' the panel so that it stays open

Not sure I follow??? You pull down to view the Notification Center. You certainly can't "pin" it. Not sure I understand what you want to happen.
