How can I get my iPhone 6 off of the boot up screen?

My iPhone 6 is stuck on the boot up screen

So I added noslowanimations to my phone and it caused me to not be able to open any apps, so i attempted to reset my phone back to factory settings. well without being able to turn off find my iPhone, i couldn't do so, so i went to iCloud and removed the device. now it is stuck. if you know anything that could help it would be very appreciated!
