Why can't I get my photos from my damaged 5s that are in the cloud

My 5s died to weeks ago and have new 6 and applied sane cloud do that pics from the 5s were on the 6 until last night when they suddenly disappeared. When tried to die load all photos in cloud all old pics except the ones on my 5s have appeared. My phone shows there is data backed up to the cloud from that 5s

If the photos you mentioned are part of an iCloud backup that you created with your iPhone 5S, then all you should have to do is restore that iCloud backup to your new iPhone 6.
