Is there a Screen Lock Toggle for the Iphone

Hello,

I would like a screen lock toggle button that would go onto my iphone desktop so as when I am not using it any more I could just click on it and so the screen would lock instantly rather than wait 1 minute or hitting the power button manually. Is there an application out there to do this?
