How often should I charge my phone?

Hi, I am not clear what your question is? But I wanna to say if you need to recharge your phone then it may be one time every 2-3 days is ok. It's impossible to recharge phone in every hour.

Just dont let the battery drop empty (0%) it is know to damage the battery life

If you are new to iPhone and showing off the new gadget you probably are using more battery than normal. That is the reason you have to charge it more often.
