While setup iPhone 6 plus I opted set up as new device now I want to restore my old devic apps

I have iPhone 4 with iso7 and also have iCloud account and backup taken.
I got an new iPhone 6 plus and while initially setup choosed set up as new device instead of restore from iCloud (as it required wifi though my 3G service was on).
All my phone nos from old iPhone are now downloaded to the new iphone - I guess thru iCloud. However how do all my apps can be transferred / downloaded from my old iPhone to new iphone.

Pls advise.

Just wipe your by going to setting/general/reset/erase all content and setting. This will wipe your phone like it was brand new except it will keep the current iOS. Then when you are setting it up restore from backup instead of new. This will put all your apps, setting and contacts as it was on the previous phone.
