Why does my browser page default to Yahoo in Firefox?

Firefox only uses yahoo,

when I click on fi google or wikipedia it immediately returns to yahoo. How can I change that?
It also often breaks a page and then turns to 404 cannot find page. Then I have to try it again and again until it is there again. Very very annoying.

I believe last week Mozilla signed a deal with Yahoo to be the default search engine. The Google deal runs out this year. You can change the default search engine anytime. I prefer DuckDuckGo.
