On my iPad Air 2, why has the App Store stopped working?

IPad Air 2 App Store is not working

My new iPad Air 2 is not responding , after clicking 'get ' in any app in the App Store , the 'get ' is changing to 'install '
, then clicking install , it is not responding , just showing the hanging sign .
