If I disable the camera on my daughter's iPhone will she still be able to send a picture via text?

Want my daughter to be able to text but I don't want her to take pictures or receive pictures.

you can turn off the camera app in restrictions so she can't take pictures and then in general- messages you can turn off MMS- that she will be able to change though if she knows how to- the restrictions has a passcode- general settings dont

Note: By restricting the use of the camera, you also restrict use of FaceTime and 3rd party camera apps.
