Why aren't my apps loading?

My apps will not load and I have been waiting for over an hour

The apps that I want to load our Clarences big day out and title town but they will not load and I've been waiting for hours and so I decided to look for it and then I just found this website so I'm hoping you can help me

Try to reboot your phone by holding the home button and the sleep/wake button until you see the Apple logo then release. When something wonky is happening with my iPhone that's always my 1st course of action.

Are they big games that require wifi and you're not on wifi? Just guessing at possibilities.
