Lock/Unlock iPad via iPhone

I'd like to be able to lock and unlock my ipad preferably via http request on my iphone. Is that anyway possible ? Imagine a software lock/unlock button triggered by http request. There has to be a way to make this possible.

I am not aware of any app or process that is available to do that. There are some that allow you to unlock your Mac via TouchID on your phone, but nothing for unlocking iPads, AFAIK.
