Why can't I update to IOS 7.0.2 on my Apple TV?

Why can't I update to 7.0.2 on my apple tv? The software is now 6.2.1 and the model is MC572LL/A. The user interface states the software is up to date but I can't use all the services im used to.

Software update 7.0 is available only for Apple TV (3rd generation).
