Have you considering the following: Disabling iMessage and then re-enabling it. Rebooting your device. Upgrading to the latest iOS version. Going to Settings - General - Reset and then select "Reset All Settings". Restoring your device and then setting it up as new.

piranhadonna Well-known member Nov 14, 2010 524 0 16 Visit site Dec 3, 2014 #3 I was having the same problem with my sons 5c. Did everything mentioned above and still same problem. Took it in to apple and they swapped it for a new one.
