How do I create a tempory log in for iCloud please

I,ve returned an iPhone as changed my mind, it is locked to my iCloud, they can't erase, asked me to create a temportbivloud log in to unlock phone. Please could you help me?

No, you can't do that. You can, however, login to your iCloud account with your current iCloud credentials via a computer, tap on the Find My iPhone option and then remotely erase it. That will remove the iCloud activation lock.
