How can I prevent scratches on my Apple iPhone 5s?

The front of my new Apple iPhone 5s is getting lots of scratches,

I am unhappy with the way my iPhone 5slooks,I have old phones and my iPad does not have scratches ,It bothers me a lot that new phone looks the way it does!!

Get a tempered glass screen protector! It's worth it and it'll help mask the scratches.
