Why can't I quick reply on my lock screen for my iPhone 5s

I can't reply from lock screen when I slide it to the left it doesn't have a reply button

Welcome to iMore! You don't get the blue reply option when you slide it to the left? What does yours show? Can you show a screenshot? What shows in the blue area? Have you tried tapping that area where the option should be? In any event, try a hard reset. Hold the top power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
