Why can't I select my last backup?

I did all required steps to transfer my stuff from iphone 5 to 6 but one i am on ( choose backup) page , i cant because the last backup is dimmed and written ( iso8.1 required) althogh my phone is uptodate

If the backup you made from the iPhone 5 contained a newer iOS version (iOS 8.1.1, for example), you cannot restore that backup to your iPhone 6 if it is running an earlier iOS version (iOS 8 or 8.1, for example).
