Why does my live tile keep repeating deleted photos?

my live tile keeps repeating deleted photos

So I have tried to delete some photos from my live tile feed on my surface pro 3 but they keep circulating through. I have turned off icloud photo stream on my iPhone 4s and on my surface pro but they keep reappearing when I switch over to live tile to slideshow my photos even though they are gone from both devices. Help?
