Why isn't the camera on my new iPhone 6 not working?

I bought the new iphone6 and shifted back up from iPhone 5 through iTunes, but my camera isn't working now it shows black screen

Are you saying that you restored a backup created with your iPhone 5 to your new iPhone 6? If so, try restoring your device again and setting it up as new. Afterwards, before you install anything, test out the camera. If it works then it's safe to assume that a corrupt setting or the backup was corrupted somehow. If it still doesn't work, then take your new iPhone to a nearby Apple Store and get it exchanged.
